I remember being like 14 and downloading bible black on limewire. I thought that this must have been a fan dub made by some random people on their home PCs. But nope apparently this is professional work for a product that you can purchase with real money
In the commentary for this episode the creators said there were supposed to be cars in this scene, but there was a communication error with the studio in Korea that did the animations and cars never got in. They already had the audio and after putting it together they liked this version better than the original idea because it was even more surreal.
